Brian is passionate about training and educating people who want to achieve success. He has extensive experience in facilitating workshops in leadership-related topics. His most sought after workshop, “What Your Captain Never Told You”, has enhanced the performance of hundreds of federal, state and local law enforcement officers. Also, Brian facilitates workshops on other topics to include leadership and ethics. He has provided training for many organizations through out the United States. Brian also facilitated international training in both Botswana, Africa and Manama, Bahrain.
Brian has more than 35 years of law enforcement experience including working with the US Department of Justice-Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section, Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives, US Department of Treasury-Bureau of Fiscal Services, and with the Fairfax County Police Department.
As President of 360 Safe LLC, Brian has expanded his vast knowledge and skills to provide expertise to his clients in the areas of safety and security. 360 Safe offers its clients training in law enforcement use of force, marksmanship familiarization, business and home vulnerability assessments, and security consulting.
